Privacy Policy

Together Weekly is an app for couples to run a simple weekly meeting together. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, where it is stored, and how to delete it.

What we collect

Account details — your name and email address, plus an account identifier we generate. If you sign up with a password, we store only a salted PBKDF2 hash of it, never the password itself.
Your shared meeting content — the things you and your partner put into the app: highs and lows, headlines, issues, to-dos, grocery items, weekly commitments, meeting history, and your meeting day and agenda preferences.

What we do not collect

No advertising, no ad identifiers, and no third-party ad or analytics SDKs.
No tracking across other apps or websites. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers.
No location data.
No calendar data. If you grant calendar access, your events are read on your device to show them during your meeting, and events you choose to add are written to your device calendar. Calendar contents are never uploaded to our servers.

Signing in

You can sign in with an email and password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Google. For Apple and Google we receive a signed identity token which our server verifies; we never see your Apple or Google password. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever receive the private relay address Apple provides.

Sharing with your partner

Together Weekly is built for two people. Once you pair with a partner using an invite code, the shared meeting content described above is visible to both of you. Your password, and any account you have not paired, are never shared.

Where your data is stored

Your account and shared meeting content are stored on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1, which we use as our hosting provider. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. A copy is also kept on your device so the app works offline.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your sign-in sessions, and any invitations you created, and erases the app's data from your device. Because meeting content is shared between partners, it is removed from our servers once the last person in a couple has deleted their account. Deletion cannot be undone.

Your rights

You can access and correct your name and email in the app, and delete everything as described above. If you would like a copy of your data or have any request about it, email support@together-weekly.com.

Children

Together Weekly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
